About the Role

This includes overseeing corporate accounting, financial reporting, and treasury, as well as leading the organization's SOX readiness and transformation initiatives. The role demands a modern accounting executive with a transformation mindset, capable of leading and scaling accounting organizations in complex, high-growth environments. The VP will be a trusted advisor to senior leadership, a key architect of the next-generation accounting organization, and will champion the use of technology and AI to improve financial processes. Applicants for the Vice President, Global Accounting position at the company should have a strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and drive alignment across functions. A minimum of 15 years' progressive accounting experience, with a focus on public company standards, U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, SOX, and audit requirements, is essential.
