Payroll Specialist (part time)LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a client to identify a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong payroll processing experience who is comfortable working independently and has hands-on experience with Paycom.What You'll DoProcess multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule using PaycomReview and audit timesheets, earnings, deductions, and payroll adjustmentsMaintain employee payroll records and ensure data accuracyAssist with new hire, termination, and employee status changes in the payroll systemResearch and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiriesSupport compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulationsGenerate payroll reports and assist with audits as neededPartner with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll processingWhat We're Looking For2+ years of payroll processing experienceStrong experience using PaycomKnowledge of payroll taxes, wage laws, and compliance requirementsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationStrong communication and organizational skillsCPP certification is a plus but not requiredWhy Consider This Opportunity?Flexible part-time schedule (up to 20 hours per week)Opportunity to support a stable and growing organizationCollaborative team environmentIf you're an experienced payroll professional looking for a flexible part-time opportunity we'd love to connect with you.
