Wellness Specialist

Hugh Chatham Health

Advocate Health is seeking a Health Promotion Specialist who will deliver on-site preventive health screenings and, where applicable, manage flu vaccination clinics at employer sites. You will translate screening data into actionable wellness guidance, document findings accurately, and maintain privacy and HIPAA compliance. The role requires RN licensure or ACSM/ Dietitian credentials, a Bachelor’s in a relevant field, and 3+ years of experience in health promotion or related areas. #J-18808-Ljbffr
