Our firm partners with nationally recognized telecommunications providers in a multi-billion-dollar industry . Our role is simple but critical: help our clients increase revenue, grow customer acquisition, and expand their market share in new territories. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals who want to develop real business experience. You will be trained directly by leadership on how sales, customer acquisition strategy, and consulting practices all connect in the real world. You do not need prior sales experience. We train everything internally. What You Will Learn Customer acquisition and revenue generation strategies How market expansion works in competitive industries Sales communication and presentation skills Territory and account management How to analyze performance metrics and improve results Leadership and team development fundamentals Responsibilities Represent our telecommunications clients in assigned territories Acquire new customers and build relationships Educate customers on services and promotions Track daily performance and revenue metrics Assist leadership with client growth and retention strategies Participate in team trainings and development meetings This position is part of FPA’s internal leadership development program . We do not hire managers externally, we train and promote from within.
