We love food and we love providing an excellent guest experience to each person that walks through our door.Catering Lead Responsibilities:The main focuses of the Catering Lead Coordinator position revolve around ensuring a smooth catering experience for clients. This involves various tasks such as preparing dry goods, food, and ensuring timely delivery and presentation. Additionally, the Catering Lead Coordinator is tasked with fostering relationships with current clients and seeking new opportunities for catering expansion within the community.They should possess expertise in managing the catering order process, from receiving orders to preparing and delivering them promptly as per client expectations. Competency in assembling and verifying catering orders to ensure accuracy, while implementing the Modern Market Catering Strategy, is essential. Flexibility to handle orders promptly, including orders that arise on occasional nights and weekends, with a pleasant and accommodating demeanor towards clients.Furthermore, the Catering Lead Coordinator must exhibit qualities such as friendliness, politeness, punctuality, and adaptability to client needs.
