Medical Group Finance Manager A leading healthcare system is seeking an experienced Medical Group Finance Manager to join their award‑winning network. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end finance operations for a multi‑specialty physician practice, optimizing revenue cycle performance, managing FP&A, and ensuring accurate GAAP month‑end close. Review KPI dashboards, payer mix and reimbursement trends, and monitor EOB/EDI workflows. Approve expenses, model provider productivity and compensation, and prepare practice‑level P&L reports. Partner with clinic administrators on staffing and cost containment, and drive process improvements across EHR/PM and ERP systems (e.g., Epic, athenahealth, Workday). Supervise analysts/accountants, maintain internal controls and audit readiness, and present actionable insights to executive leadership. Perform contract and fee schedule analysis, revenue integrity reviews, and cash posting oversight. Develop ad hoc pro forma financial models for new services or sites, and collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, billing, and compliance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field. Several years of finance experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in physician group finance. Strong knowledge of revenue cycle, coding/CPT‑ICD‑10, and GAAP reporting. Proficient with EHR and ERP systems (e.g., Epic, athenahealth, Workday). Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
