Home Health Coding & OASIS Reviewer

To support a growing healthcare practice, the Per Diem Coding & OASIS Reviewer will work remotely to accurately review clinical documentation, assign ICD-10 codes, and evaluate OASIS assessment items while maintaining client communication and ongoing education. Key responsibilities Timely and accurately review patient charts, including home health coding and OASIS assessments Communicate with clients to educate on coding trends and ensure satisfaction through regular meetings Stay updated on ICD-10 coding and OASIS guidelines, maintaining required certifications and continuing education Required qualifications Minimum of 5 years recent experience in Home Health coding and OASIS operations or quality Certification in Home Health Coding is required Certification in OASIS is required Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and compliance guidelines Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks independently
