About the Opportunity


Recruit22 is partnering with a healthcare organization seeking an IT Support Technician to provide Level I technical support to end users across the organization. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining a positive technology experience by resolving help desk requests, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting end-user hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for end-user technical support requests
• Respond to and resolve support inquiries submitted via phone, email, and ticketing systems
• Log, track, and update help desk tickets
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral equipment
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and device-related issues
• Provide support remotely and onsite as needed
• Assist with workstation deployments, upgrades, and equipment replacements
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior support staff when appropriate
• Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and resolutions
• Deliver exceptional customer service to employees and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Help Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Support experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Familiarity with user-facing hardware, software, and peripheral devices
• Ability to lift, move, and install technology equipment when necessary

Education & Certifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• CompTIA A+ Certification required within 12 months of hire
• Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent) are a plus
