Shipping / Receiving Worker Pay Rate: $20.00–$30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time
Kelly Services is seeking a skilled Shipping / Receiving Worker with proven warehouse, inventory management, and computer proficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on shipping and receiving experience and be comfortable using SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP/WMS systems in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify products against purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documents
• Inspect incoming materials for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptly
• Enter receiving, inventory, and shipping information accurately into SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems
• Prepare and stage outgoing shipments, generate shipping labels, packing slips, and bills of lading
• Maintain accurate inventory records; assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
• Locate, pull, and move materials throughout the warehouse
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, purchasing, and transportation teams
• Verify part numbers, quantities, lot numbers, and product information for accuracy
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks, packaging, palletizing, and shrink-wrapping materials for shipment
• Maintain an organized shipping and receiving area, adhering to all safety and quality protocols
• Perform additional warehouse and material-handling duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Prior shipping and receiving experience (warehouse/manufacturing setting preferred)
• Strong computer/data-entry skills
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP/WMS systems required
• Ability to accurately enter/retrieve inventory and shipping information; proficiency with shipping documentation
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communicator; able to coordinate across departments
• Able to lift and move materials as required

Preferred Experience

• SAP and/or Oracle ERP/WMS inventory systems
• Shipping and receiving documentation (packing slips, bills of lading, purchase orders)
• RF scanner and inventory transactions
• Forklift or powered industrial equipment operation
• Warehouse/manufacturing background
• Cycle counting and inventory control

Pay $20.00–$30.00 per hour , based on experience, computer skills, and knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or comparable ERP systems.
