(Will accept 36 or 48 hours per week) Likely able to accommodate block shifts if they want Fri, Sat, Sun or Sat, Sun, Mon Length: 13 Weeks Certs: AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC License: AL or Compact License (No temp Licenses accepted) Must have experience/skill set: 2 years experience; however, will consider 18 months of experience, working under the highest level of professional license, and must have 1 year of experience in the field of specialty. Must have ASN degree. Unit Info: Our Emergency Departments offer comprehensive emergency medical services to all age groups and staffed 24/7 by a highly trained team to meet the needs of the community. Our ED team is composed of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and support staff. Our Regional Medical Center Emergency Department is a 54-bed state designated Level III Trauma Center as well as a Level II Stroke Center. The Regional Medical Center ED treats more than 60,000 patients per year. Floating: Must be willing to float to other units and hospitals. Ratios: ranges from 1:1 with our critical/trauma patients to 1:3-4 on all other patients. Charting System: Meditech Additional Information: Facility can cancel 4 shift per contract with no penalty (would be rare) and has 16 hours of Non-Billable Orientation.
