Schedule

• Full-time, onsite position
• Occasional overtime required during peak periods, primarily during the first two weeks of each month when purchasing and inventory activities are at their highest volume.

What You'll Do

• Process purchase orders, vendor invoices, and incoming material receipts
• Monitor and follow up on open purchase orders to ensure timely delivery
• Reconcile purchasing documentation and assist with invoice discrepancies
• Manage invoices through a shared department inbox
• Partner with plant and operations teams to resolve receiving and material issues
• Generate reports within the ERP system
• Maintain pricing and inventory-related data using Excel
• Assist with inventory reporting, valuation, and record accuracy
• Participate in physical inventory counts and cycle count activities
• Support day-to-day purchasing and supply chain administrative functions

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in purchasing, inventory control, order processing, supply chain support, or a related manufacturing environment
• Experience working within an ERP system and Microsoft Excel
• Strong data entry skills and the ability to accurately process a high volume of information
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
