Senior Manager, Global Scientific Communications & Engagement Strategy - Oncology Publication Lead

Senior Manager role leading global scientific publication and healthcare provider engagement strategies for oncology products. Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication plans, managing publication pipelines, and ensuring compliance with scientific publishing standards across Medical Affairs and Clinical Development.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and implementation of global scientific communication and HCP engagement plans with product medical leads
- Develop product publication plans and manage manuscript, abstract, poster, and presentation development
- Define and track key performance indicators to measure publication impact and engagement effectiveness
- Manage external vendors and agencies while ensuring quality, compliance, and knowledge transfer
- Mentor scientific communications staff and drive process improvements and digital innovation initiatives
Requirements
- Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, DO) with 4+ years medical/scientific affairs experience
- Proven publication strategy and vendor management experience in biopharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of ICMJE and Good Publication Practice guidelines and transparency standards
- Strong analytical and communication skills with multi-channel scientific platform expertise
- Experience with digital engagement capabilities and artificial intelligence literacy
- Ability to travel 10-20% as required
Compensation: $141,522-$191,472 base
