Role Description

Aquent Studios is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to support the Global Brand Lead for a well-known tech brand. You'll be working non-campaign and special projects-including major brand events, standing up the new in-house Content Studio, and other forthcoming activities. This position requires strong brand acumen, well-rounded social expertise, and overall creative, production, and go-to-market skills.

This role will work across internal and external teams to ensure brand excellence across all touchpoints. You must work in lockstep with the Product Marketing and social teams to ensure consumer insights and business impact are at the forefront of all executions.

The best candidates are cross-functional thinkers and doers, fluent in global brand strategy, building iconic brands, finding consumer and cultural insights to inform sticky creative briefs, and managing agency relationships and the creative process-while remaining fluent and confident in all things social. You possess operational expertise and rigor, master written and verbal communication to influence senior executives, connect consumer insights with competitive opportunities, and possess an exceptional eye for creative and social output.

Experience in the mobile device, telecommunications, or physical consumer electronics space is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help stand up an in-house social content studio in partnership with creative, production, and social teams.
• Support brand strategy development for marketing campaigns.
• Develop brand & GTM strategy for future product launches and strategic special projects.
• Manage relationships with internal & external creative partners, facilitating the creative development process and reviews. Ensure creative excellence and consistency in brand visual identity, messaging, and communications across all touchpoints.
• Partner closely with product marketing, social, creative, production, and owned channel teams.
• Work with regional teams to scale creative to local markets.

Minimum Qualifications (MQs)

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in brand, consumer, and social marketing.
• Experience shaping global brands and leading large-scale, cross-functional brand campaigns and complex global strategies.
• Experience managing relationships with creative agencies and production houses.
• Experience managing high-stakes cross-functional or cross-team projects with senior-level stakeholders.

• Self-starter with the ability to build strategies from scratch and manage multiple projects simultaneously with high standards.

• Strong communication and presentation skills across all audience sizes and seniority levels.
• Strong negotiation skills for resolving conflict and aligning priorities.
