Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies and consult on the development of behavioral guidelines, positive behavior plans, and medication treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all clinical interactions in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools effectively in cooperation with the clinical team to ensure optimal client outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans.
\n
• Engage in continual professional development through participation in conferences, meetings, and ongoing education.

• Serve as an advocate for clients by liaising with service systems, state agencies, and community organizations.

• Promote and embody the agency’s mission and values in every aspect of your work.

• Perform other pertinent duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to ensure the highest standards of care are met.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 86,000 to 103,000 annually, with performance-based productivity bonuses.
