Neffsville Plumbing & Heating is looking for a Customer Service Representative who can do exactly that. We're looking for someone who is confident, professional, dependable, organized, and comfortable handling a busy phone environment. If you have experience in call centers, appointment scheduling, customer service, dispatch, home services, healthcare, hospitality, or other high-volume customer-facing environments , we'd like to hear from you.

YOU'LL BE THE FIRST VOICE OUR CUSTOMERS HEAR.

Our Customer Service Representatives play an important role in keeping our operation moving. You connect homeowners with the technicians who can solve their plumbing and HVAC needs. Every call is an opportunity to provide great service, build customer trust, and help someone get the service they need. Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls Schedule residential plumbing and HVAC service appointments Make outbound calls to schedule and follow up with customers Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactionListen carefully to customers and determine their service needs Maintain accurate and timely customer records Communicate with dispatch and management to support daily operations Provide a professional, friendly, and positive customer experience Help keep the schedule running efficiently and effectively 1-2+ years of call center or high-volume customer service experience Experience with appointment setting, scheduling, dispatch, or inbound/outbound calling is a PLUS Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable handling multiple calls and priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong listening and problem-solving skills Professional, positive, and customer-focused demeanor Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Self-motivated and dependable Team-oriented with a willingness to help others High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher a plus Enjoy talking to people Stay calm when the phones are busy Know how to make customers feel heard Can multitask without losing attention to detail Are comfortable asking the right questions Like working toward goals Take pride in providing excellent customer service Want a career — not just another call center job Day-shift weekends required on a rotating basis Rotating evening shifts required — evenings only, NOT overnight You must be comfortable working a flexible schedule based on business and customer needs.
