Job Summary

Registered Nurse, Dialysis Unit — Multiple Clinic Locations. The Staff Registered Nurse will oversee dialysis care for patients in a chronic, in-center setting. Responsibilities include patient education, treatment monitoring, medication administration, supervision of Dialysis Technicians, care plan adjustments, outcome evaluation, quality improvement participation, and collaboration with the patient care team.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or a multistate compact nursing license; current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification with a Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers card from the American Heart Association (AHA); minimum of one year of nursing experience; previous dialysis experience required; ability to cover multiple clinic locations.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior acute or ambulatory nursing experience.
• Schedule: Day shifts of 10 hours, 40 hours per week; scheduled any day Monday through Saturday, with the ability to work morning or afternoon shifts based on staffing and operational needs.
• Additional Information: Provides education to patients, supervises Dialysis Technicians, adjusts treatment plans according to standing orders and care plans, administers medications, monitors patient outcomes, participates in quality improvement projects, and collaborates with social workers, dietitians, nephrologists, and other members of the patient care team.
