We are currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for flexible per diem shifts at skilled nursing and long-term care facilities throughout Colorado Springs and surrounding areas .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor resident conditions and assess changes in health status
Report significant changes to physicians, providers, and appropriate clinical staff
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and document findings
Provide wound care and other skilled nursing interventions
Supervise, delegate to, and support CNAs and other care team members
Ensure resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care

REQUIREMENTS

Active Colorado RN License required
Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience
Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience preferred
Current BLS/CPR Certification
Recent TB Test
Ability to successfully pass required background screening
Additional facility-specific requirements may apply
