Art Director

Adecco Creative & Marketing is partnering with one of the largest multinational food and beverage companies to hire a Senior Art Director for a 12-month contract assignment. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced, concept-driven creative who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced in-house agency environment. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns across print, digital, social, and eCommerce and enjoys bringing ideas to life from concept through execution. A portfolio/book of work is required for consideration. This is a hybrid opportunity based in St. Louis, MO. Candidates must be local and able to work onsite Monday through Thursday, with Fridays remote. Pay: $48/hour Responsibilities Concept and design omnichannel consumer communications across traditional advertising, print, digital, social media, eCommerce, retailer advertising, and integrated campaigns. Create compelling, consumer-focused creative solutions while maintaining high design standards and brand consistency. Exercise quality control over design recommendations and final creative executions. Independently manage assigned projects, meet deadlines, apply creative direction, and confidently present your work. Collaborate with Account Managers, Strategists, fellow Creatives, internal stakeholders, clients, and vendor partners to deliver best-in-class creative. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas and creative problem-solving. Support the development of campaigns from initial concept through final production across multiple channels. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative role (exceptional candidates with 4+ years may be considered). Strong portfolio demonstrating integrated campaigns across digital, print, social, and traditional media. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. Strong understanding of designing for traditional and digital channels, including social media, eCommerce, digital display advertising, and retailer digital advertising. Exceptional typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills. Experience contributing to brainstorming sessions and solving creative challenges collaboratively. Motion design experience using Adobe After Effects, including animated GIF creation; Adobe Premiere Pro experience is a plus.
