We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician who knows how to keep a commercial building running and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. If you can troubleshoot equipment, fix problems, and keep things moving, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

• Perform basic maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems .
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using schematics and wiring diagrams .
• Work with PLCs, controls, and building equipment .
• Complete preventive maintenance and respond to repair requests.
• Use a CMMS/work-order system to document repairs and maintenance.
• Coordinate with maintenance workers and outside contractors when needed.
• Keep tools, parts, and work areas organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
• Help with building upgrades, equipment installations, and repairs.

What You Need

• Hands-on experience in commercial, industrial, or facilities maintenance .
• Strong mechanical skills with electrical troubleshooting experience.
• PLC experience is a plus.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
