Sign-On / Relocation Bonus: $2000 to $4,000(paid in first 90 days of employment)
Performance Bonus: $3,000 to $ 5000 annually (Extremely competitive)

The Role
We are looking for a passionate Physical Therapist to join our growing clinic team. You will play a vital role in helping adult patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and enhance their quality of life through:
Conducting comprehensive assessments of physical conditions and functional impairments.
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
Treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, neurological disorders, and post-surgical needs.
Engaging and educating patients and their families to support ongoing progress.

Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
State Licensure: Valid and current North Carolina license as a Physical Therapist.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient clinic setting.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative spirit.
Setting: Experience in an outpatient clinic setting is preferred.
