Base Salary: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
Sign-On / Relocation Bonus: $ 2000 to $ 4000( paid in first 90 days of employment )
Performance Bonus: $3,000 to $ 5000 annually
Job Type: Full-time, W2 (Clinic Setting)

The Role: We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Cary, NC. You will play a vital role in helping children achieve developmental milestones and reach their full potential through:
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify developmental delays and functional limitations.
Developing individualized treatment plans using play-based therapy and sensory integration techniques.
Educating and empowering parents and caregivers with strategies to support development at home.
Collaborating with early intervention specialists and the broader care team to ensure optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
Certification: Certified by the National Board for Certification.
State Licensure: Valid and current North Carolina license as a Physical Therapist.
Skills: Strong communication and child engagement skills; ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.
Experience: Knowledge of child development milestones and experience with diverse pediatric populations (infants through adolescents).
