Senior Network and Computer Systems AdministratorArlington, VAPosition is not funded and is contingent upon contract award.501725 Senior Network and Computer Systems AdministratorWork Location: Arlington, VA / National Capital RegionSchedule: Full Time 40 hours per week; 8 hours per day (remote work is not authorized)Relocation: NoIronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Network and Computer Systems Administrator to support DHS CISA's CI-ISE and HSIN-CI platform environments. You will be responsible for supporting systems architecture, and cloud infrastructure integration.Job Responsibilities:Architect, design, and manage complex systems and network infrastructures for the CI-ISE and HSIN collaboration platforms.Lead cloud infrastructure provisioning, hybrid environment management, and platform integration to ensure high system availability and uptime.Ensure all infrastructure components strictly adhere to federal security and compliance frameworks, including FedRAMP, NIST guidelines, and DHS 4300A policies.Lead cross-platform integration efforts, ensuring secure data flow between HSIN-CI, HSIN-Cyber, and HSIN-ES environments.Perform ongoing infrastructure performance optimization, monitoring network health, and resolving high-priority system incidents within stringent PWS timelines (e.g., within 24 hours).Collaborate with software developers and web administrators to deploy technical upgrades and maintain data accuracy, structure, and accessibility.Required Skills, Competencies and Abilities:Expert-level understanding of systems architecture, network design, and hybrid cloud implementations.Proven ability to execute cloud infrastructure and platform integration within secure federal environments.Deep knowledge of federal security and compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST).Strong capability in cross-platform integration and infrastructure performance optimization.Experience and Technical Knowledge (Required):Minimum of eight (8) years of systems engineering or network administration experience.Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments.Certifications: Industry-recognized certification (e.g., AWS, Azure, Security+, or CISSP) is highly preferred.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds.Education and General experience:Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Security Clearance Requirements:Must be able to obtain and maintain a DHS Suitability / Public Trust or Entry on Duty (EOD) approval.
