Part-Time Bookkeeper

We are an established, fast-paced law firm located in Framingham, MA. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage our financial operations. If you are an experienced financial professional with a background in legal accounting, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R).
- Handle client trust accounting in strict compliance with state/bar association regulations.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Process payroll, track billable hours, and assist with client billing.
- Coordinate with the firm's CPA for tax preparation and financial planning.
- 5-10 years of proven bookkeeping experience (Law firm or professional services accounting highly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Unquestionable integrity and adherence to client confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
