Accounting Assistant/Bookkeeper

Role Description This is currently a part-time hybrid role for an Accounting Assistant/Bookkeeper located in Jamaica Plain, MA. The Accounting Assistant/Bookkeeper will be responsible for day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations, security deposit management, and landlord payouts. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, assisting with budget preparations, and supporting the Controller with various accounting duties.
