Position Overview MadaLuxe is seeking an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our IPPOLITA ecommerce team as a Ecommerce Coordinator. Reporting to the Director of eCommerce, you will provide essential support for our e-commerce initiatives within this established fine jewelry brand. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong work ethic, a genuine eagerness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Organizing and managing marketing assets Supporting eCommerce at the product level (product setup, management, merchandising) Collaborating with the team on campaign and launch-specific content Site merchandising. Ensuring accuracy, in-stock, categorization, and audits. Email marketing- assisting with briefing email marketing campaigns and deployment. Requirements 2 -4 years of experience in a eCommerce support role.
