We are a growing, multi-state law firm seeking an Attorney (0–10 years experience) to handle family law and/or civil litigation matters in Central Illinois (Peoria, Bloomington, Champaign, Springfield) .

This is a hybrid role that is primarily remote, with in-person court appearances required approximately two to three times per week.

We are open to both experienced attorneys and junior attorneys seeking mentorship and hands-on experience .

What You’ll Do

• Handle a caseload in family law and/or civil litigation
• Attend court locally (approx. 2–3 times per week)
• Manage cases with administrative and legal support
• Grow into increased independence over time

Who We’re Looking For

We are open to candidates at different experience levels:

Experienced Attorneys (3+ years):

• Background in family law and/or civil litigation
• Ability to manage cases with increasing independence

Junior Attorneys (0–3 years):

• Licensed or awaiting bar results
• Interest in litigation and courtroom experience
• Willingness to learn and grow with mentorship

Compensation & Benefits

• $75,000 – $150,000 , depending on experience and workload
• Compensation tied to your chosen billable target
• 10% origination bonus
