Diamond Accelerator, a national digital marketing and consulting agency exclusively designed for medical aesthetic practices, is searching for a Organic Social Media Director to join our shining team. Embark on a journey as a 100% REMOTE Organic Social Media Director, contributing to our team's success within the 9:30 am-5:30 pm Eastern Standard Time zone. Must live in North America. 3+ years of experience managing and strategizing social media campaigns across various platforms and managing team members. A creative mind with a flair for crafting engaging content that sparks conversations and fosters community engagement. Analytical prowess to evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for optimal results. Familiarity with social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Canva, and the ability to adapt to emerging trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients. ♂️ Problem-solving skills to address challenges swiftly and efficiently, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns. Attention to detail is key to success. A love and passion for beauty & aesthetics, the right candidate will be excited to learn about everything from aesthetic treatments to social media trends. Lead and manage dedicated organic team (individuals responsible for 30+ brands on multiple channels) and work directly with other departments (paid ads, SEO, text & email) to ensure that your strategy aligns ✨Quality assurance for the execution of 300+ posts on Facebook, Instagram, & Google My Business. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and actionable insights. Implement content calendars and scheduling, ensuring consistent and timely delivery. Stay abreast of social media trends and algorithm changes, adapting strategies accordingly. Propose creative and trending ideas for our clients to recreate. Contribute innovative ideas for campaign improvements and stay ahead in the ever-evolving social media landscape.
