Technical Sourcing RecruiterWe're looking for a highly motivated Technical Sourcing Recruiter to drive high-volume hiring for infrastructure and technical positions. This role is heavily focused on sourcing, engaging, and hiring top technical talent while meeting aggressive recruiting goals in a fast-paced environment.Key responsibilities include:Source and engage technical talent through multiple channels.Conduct phone screens and assess candidate qualifications.Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-volume hiring.Manage candidate submissions and recruitment data within ATS platforms.Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools to identify and engage talent.Complete a structured onboarding program and begin building active pipelines within the first two weeks.Consistently meet recruiting performance metrics.Performance expectations include:Achieve approximately 100 recruiting points per month.Average 4-6 hires per month.Conduct around 20 onsite interviews per month.Complete 20-25 phone screens per month.Maintain high levels of sourcing activity, candidate outreach, and pipeline generation.Required qualifications include:2-7+ years of recruiting experience (3+ years preferred).Strong experience with Boolean search and advanced search string (keystring) creation.Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and AI-powered sourcing tools.Experience recruiting for technical or engineering roles.Pay range: $35/hr. - $50/hr.The company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, paid holidays annually - as applicable.
