Technical Sourcer OpportunityPay Range: $35 to $45 an hour.Client Industry: EcommerceJob Mode: 100% Onsite, 5 times per weekLocations: Seattle, WA 98109 / Arlington, VA 22202 / Herndon, VA 20170Duration: 12 Months Contract, with possibility of extension based on business needs and performanceJob Summary:We are seeking motivated Technical Sourcers to support high volume hiring across infrastructure and technology focused business teams. This role is focused on identifying, engaging, screening, and building strong pipelines of qualified technical talent. The ideal candidate will have strong Boolean search capabilities and experience using AI powered sourcing tools and ATS platforms. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to recruiting metrics, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. This opportunity provides exposure to large scale hiring initiatives and potential future conversion opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Source and identify technical candidates using advanced Boolean searches, AI powered sourcing tools, recruiting platforms, and other sourcing channels.Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for technical and infrastructure positions.Conduct candidate phone screens and evaluate qualifications against position requirements.Submit qualified candidates into the Applicant Tracking System while maintaining accurate candidate information.Maintain accurate recruiting data and track pipeline activity throughout the sourcing process.Partner with internal recruiting teams to support candidate progression and hiring activities.Track recruiting metrics including hires, phone screens, outreach, pipeline activity, and sourcing performance.Participate in onboarding and begin developing candidate pipelines during the initial training period.Support high volume hiring initiatives while consistently meeting monthly sourcing and hiring goals.Required Qualifications:1 to 3 or more years of recruiting or technical sourcing experience, with three or more years preferredStrong technical sourcing experience with a focus on sourcing rather than full cycle recruiting.Advanced Boolean search and complex search string building skills.Experience sourcing technical or infrastructure talent.Experience conducting candidate phone screens.Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.Experience using AI powered sourcing tools.Ability to manage high volume recruiting activity and achieve performance goals.Strong communication and relationship building skills.Ability to work 100% onsite in the assigned local market.Preferred Qualifications:Experience recruiting for Data Center or Infrastructure organizations.Experience sourcing Construction Managers.Experience sourcing Commissioning Engineers.Experience sourcing Electrical Engineers.Experience sourcing Supply Chain professionals.Experience sourcing Deployment Technicians.Experience recruiting within large enterprise environments.Experience working in high volume recruiting environments.Benefits: The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, paid holidays annually - as applicable.
