Blayze Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand their footprint across the Florida Panhandle. The role involves representing the company within the commercial property and construction community, engaging with building owners, property managers, engineers, and general contractors, and collaborating with estimating and operations teams to deliver proposals that address client challenges in waterproofing, façade restoration, and building envelope maintenance . This is a growth-driven position ideal for someone with a construction or restoration background who enjoys the business side of the industry—relationship-building, market strategy, and hands-on involvement in project development.
