Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)- Full Time (7 days on, 7 days off) MindCare Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our dynamic team on a full‑time basis. The ideal candidate will excel in both acute and chronic psychiatric care, delivering high quality mental health services to patients in various settings. This role involves rounding in one hospital, conducting Emergency Department (ED) and Inpatient (IP) consults, and collaborating with members of the collaborative care team. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will develop individualized treatment plans, including medication management and therapy options Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure top tier Psychiatric care for residents, including the Collaborating Psychiatrist, Mental Health Professionals, and HUB Coordinators. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will prescribe and administer psychiatric medications as necessary Conduct daily rounds in one designated hospital, ensuring continuity of care and effective communication with the healthcare team.
