Registered Nurse - MS/Tele

RN Position

MS/Tele RN License pending ok. Must be able to complete AK RN license application within 48 hours of signing (including submitting FPs, app fee, license application submittal). Must have AK RN license in hand for Auto Offer. Assignment Length - 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP Shift: 3x12 Night Shift Years of Experience: 1 First Timers Accepted: Yes Certs REQ: BLS Skills REQ: Per UD Is on-call REQ: No Weekend REQ: Weekend coverage could be more frequent than every other and is subject to staffing needs. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs?: Yes - may float to like units Open to accommodating block schedule?: No Locals Accepted: No - Candidates perm address must be at least 50 miles from facility Pending License Accepted: Yes, but must have license in hand for Auto Offer RTO Restrictions: Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer. All RTO must be included in submittal Guaranteed Hours: 60 Hours per 2 weeks - Traveler can be called off for 1, 12-hour shift per 2 weeks

UNIT INFORMATION Co-Care/Virtual Nursing Model is utilized on this unit. For every patient there is 1 bedside RN, 1 Virtual RN, and 1 CNA. Beside RN and CNA patient ratios are 1:6 The virtual nurse works remotely and assists patient with admission questions, discharge education, care plans, education, CIWA, following up with MD along with a plethora of other tasks that can be delegated to them.
