Registered Nurse Emergency Room

Job Summary:

Provides high-quality nursing care to emergency room patients during evening and night shifts, maintaining a patient ratio of 3:1. Collaborates with healthcare teams to deliver efficient, safety-focused emergency services and ensures adherence to clinical standards.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patients medical conditions promptly upon arrival and prioritize care based on severity.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders and established protocols.
  
  
• 
  Document patient information accurately using the T-system charting system.
  
  
• 
  Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to coordinate care.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient progress and respond swiftly to changes in condition.
  
  
• 
  Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and hospital policies.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  
  
• 
  Experience working in an emergency room setting, including travel experience preferred.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work evening and night shifts effectively.
  
  
• 
  Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  
  
• 
  Proficiency with T-system charting or similar electronic medical records.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
