What You'll Do

Deliver expert patient care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit using the Nursing Process
Assess neonatal needs and implement care plans accordingly
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Communicate effectively with families and team members, providing education and support
Maintain compliance with all hospital and regulatory standards
Document patient data accurately and thoroughly
Support unit and organizational goals through excellent teamwork and professionalism

What You Need

Current Louisiana RN license and BLS certification
2+ years of critical care or NICU experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good judgment and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
Preferred: Certification in a clinical specialty area and NRP certification
