Why join us Generous Compensation and Benefits Package Strong Mentorship Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to work on complex litigation matters and contribute significantly to our team. The successful candidate will have the chance to work alongside experienced attorneys, assist in trial preparation, and be part of a team that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence. The position requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the legal industry, particularly in litigation. Responsibilities 1. Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation cases from onset through post-trial. 2. Conduct pre-claim investigation, legal research, and initial case assessments. 3. Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests and responses, procedural motions, and correspondence. 4. Organize and manage documents, and compile document productions into databases. 5. Coordinate and prepare materials for court filings and hearings, including exhibits and evidence. 6. Assist in the preparation for trial by organizing evidence, preparing exhibits, scheduling witnesses, and ensuring that all deadlines are met. 7. Coordinate and manage logistics for depositions, including scheduling, document preparation, and transcript management. 8. Maintain and update case files, calendars, and trial deadlines. 9. Facilitate communication and coordination between relevant parties including clients, attorneys, experts, and court personnel. Qualifications 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal. 2. Paralegal certification or equivalent is required. 3. Proficiency in trial preparation and knowledge of the litigation process, court rules, and procedures. 4. Experience in document management and discovery, including e-discovery. 5. Strong research skills and proficiency in legal research tools. 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 7. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 8. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal case management software. 10. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
