What You'll Do

• Work with leads, referrals, and prospective customers to generate new business.
• Have needs-based conversations to understand customers' insurance needs.
• Recommend coverage solutions that fit each customer's situation.
• Prepare and present quotes and explain coverage options.
• Build lasting relationships through consistent follow-up.
• Prospect for new business through referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities with existing customers.
• Respond to customer questions by phone and email.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and accurate customer records.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching.

What We're Looking For

• Active Property & Casualty license required — can be obtained upon job offer for the right candidate.
• Previous insurance sales or agency experience preferred.
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Goal-oriented with a desire to grow.
• Confident communicator and active listener.
• Organized and consistent with follow-up.
• Coachable and open to feedback.
• Comfortable with CRM systems, technology, and virtual communication.
• Customer-focused and motivated to find the right solutions for clients.
