Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, follow-ups, and community outreach
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Schedule follow-up conversations to support agency growth goals
• Track daily activity, customer interactions, and progress toward objectives
• Collaborate with team members on outreach strategies and office initiatives
• Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and high-performing team culture

Qualifications:

• Previous sales, marketing, outreach, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable initiating contact with prospective customers
• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of results
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable with consultative sales conversations
• Must be willing and able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses prior to starting
• Must be bilingual (Spanish)
