Summary Provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience on the sales floor while supporting store operations and visual standards. Deliver customer-first service, drive individual KPIs, and contribute to team sales goals. This entry-level retail role supports merchandising, replenishment, and fitting room assistance. Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships to drive sales. Meet or exceed individual KPI targets (SPH, data capture) and utilize selling tools. Connect customers to loyalty programs and educate them on product and initiatives. Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards on the sales floor and back of house. Support operational tasks including floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), opening and closing duties, and visual standards. Participate in company trainings and provide product and category feedback to management. Requirements Retail or related high-volume customer service experience preferred. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to stand, walk, and operate a register for multiple hours and lift up to 30 lbs. Flexible schedule availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel.
