Database conversion from MS Accesst to Sql. Need expertise in Agriculture systems built on MS Access platform. Expert will make changes that will alllow the Colorado Department of Agriculture to operate in a more robust and resilient system that can be backed up more securely. These systems at the Colorado Department of Agriculture were developed by programmers no longer associated with the department and are written in a very confusing manner. The selected candidate will need to be able to have a comprehensive understaning of the technology and architecture in order to fulfull the requirements of this requisition.
