Back of House Operations Lead Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times
• Adhere to Food Safety and Sanitation guidelines
• Stay up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Embodying our Mission, Vision and Values
• Multitasking quickly and thoroughly
• Taking trash outside to dumpsters
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Loves serving and helping others
• Enjoyment for cooking, cleaning or culinary creativity
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Able to work in a fast paced, high intensity environment
• Physical stamina- able to stand for long periods of time and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Ability to adhere to Food Safety & Sanitation Standards
• Ability to adhere to a color coded food safety system
• Ability to work with pressure cookers and in a high temperature environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented
