Position Overview Human Resources Expert – entry level with a focus on supporting store and district teams to build and sustain an enthusiastic, high‑performing sales force. Responsibilities Greet and create a warm, friendly environment for guests; smile, make eye contact, and provide helpful interactions. Guide guests to find items, resolve concerns, and ensure an smooth shopping experience. End every transaction with a sincere thank you. Assist peers across departments while maintaining a positive attitude. Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring experience. Work with the HR leader to identify staffing needs, ensure the right mix of skills, and support in‑store and digital shopping experiences. Lead recruiting efforts to help store leaders hire qualified candidates. Support training needs for team members and leaders, advocating continuous learning. Serve as an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices. Listen to team members, collaborate with leaders, and take action to address concerns. Execute HR processes and programs to increase engagement and reduce business disruption. Follow compliance policies, maintain ethical conduct, safety, and best practices; report hazards. Perform other duties as required by business needs. Qualifications & Skills Enjoy interacting and helping others, including guests and team members. Thrives in a fast‑moving, physically demanding role with teamwork, flexibility, and problem‑solving. Open to a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods. Has a welcoming, helpful attitude toward all guests and team members. Can communicate on multiple devices and operate technology equipment. Strong oral communication skills. Works independently and as part of a team. Resolves guest questions quickly on the spot. Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes. Remains focused, composed in fast‑paced environments and handles multiple tasks within timeframes. Accurately handles cash register operations as required. Capable of lifting up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance. Can work in varied temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing duties such as Drive‑Up and carry‑out. Maintains mobility for the duration of scheduled shifts.
