Transitional Services for New York, Inc. is seeking a full-time Peer Counselor for their Supported Housing Location in Bellerose, NY. The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma, lived experience with mental health services, and be a graduate of a Peer Advocacy Training Program. Responsibilities include assisting individuals in developing personalized recovery plans, providing individual and group counseling, and connecting them to community resources.
