VP of Restaurants Miami, FL - Relocation Package (USA Citizens/Full Working Rights)$300,000+ We're partnering with a regional hospitality brand with LOTS of units and concepts! They're looking for a hungry, driven, high-impact leader to step into a pivotal role as VP of Restaurants. This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk position. This is for someone who loves building, scaling, opening, and pushing brands forward, someone who sees opportunity everywhere and knows how to rally teams around big goals. What You'll Own
** This is not a remote position - client is offering relocation package for the right candidate! This position is only open to those with full working rights in the USA.
- Lead North American operations across multiple markets and concepts
- Drive performance, culture, and operational excellence across all locations
- Lead openings, expansions, and new market rollouts
- Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams
- Bring energy, vision, and accountability to a globally known business
- A proven senior leader with multi-unit or regional executive experience
- Comfortable operating at both big-picture strategy and hands-on execution level
- Hungry, ambitious, and excited by all thing's hospitality
- Strong financial acumen with experience leading P&L-driven businesses
- Hospitality-first mindset with a passion for people, culture, and guest experience
