VP, Facilities & Office Services

Insight Global is looking for a VP, Facilities & Office Services to join one of their Investment Banking clients in New York City. The individual will lead all facilities, workplace operations, hospitality, and office services functions across its NYC headquarters. The VP will be responsible for overseeing the facilities and office services teams to ensure best-in-class workplace experience for employees, executives, and clients. The ideal candidate will combine strong facilities leadership and exceptional operational, hospitality, and people management skills. This person will be responsible for maintaining a world-class office environment, managing vendors and budgets, driving workplace initiatives, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across a highly professional, client-facing Investment Banking environment. This role is fully onsite in NYC 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop both the Facilities and Office Services teams, overseeing approximately 40 employees across multiple areas
• Establish operational goals, performance standards, and service-level expectations for workplace operations
• Oversee building operations, maintenance programs, workplace safety, vendor management, and office services delivery
• Drive a best-in-class employee and client experience through hospitality, reception, conference center management, catering, and workplace support functions
• Manage facilities projects including office renovations, expansions, relocations, space planning, and workplace improvements
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining exceptional service levels
• Partner closely with executive leadership, Human Resources, Technology, Security, and Corporate Services teams on workplace initiatives
• Manage relationships with landlords, property management teams, contractors, and third-party service providers
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, building, and environmental regulations
• Create and implement workplace strategies that support growth, efficiency, employee engagement, and operational excellence
• Develop succession plans, coaching programs, and career development opportunities for team members
• Lead incident response and business continuity efforts related to facilities and workplace operations
