Senior Associate Corporate Accounting Investment Management Firm

A growing financial services firm is seeking a Senior Associate – Corporate Accounting to join its corporate accounting team. This role is a strong fit for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, partnering across departments, and taking ownership of complex revenue accounting processes. The position offers exposure to financial reporting, process improvements, and strategic accounting projects. Key Responsibilities Manage revenue accounting processes, including reconciliations, month-end and quarter-end close activities, and financial reporting. Perform accounting research and apply U.S. GAAP guidance to support accurate reporting. Analyze revenue activity, identify trends, and prepare clear reports for management. Partner with finance, tax, operations, and other internal teams to meet reporting deadlines. Maintain internal controls and support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Assist with accounting for incentive compensation programs and related financial activity. Identify ways to improve accounting processes through automation and better workflows. Support system enhancements, acquisitions, and other special projects. Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and provide useful financial insights to internal teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA required. 4+ years of progressive accounting experience. Public accounting experience is preferred. Financial services, investment management, or fund accounting experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
