Scratch Pizza in Jurupa Valley is hiring a pizza maker/lead to join our team. If you take pride in making high-quality pizza, thrive in a team setting, and want to work for a locally loved brand with no late nights, this is your chance.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support the closing shift, keeping operations smooth and efficient.
- Make pizzas from scratch with consistency and quality.
- Guide and motivate team members in both the kitchen and on deliveries.
- Handle customer needs with professionalism and positivity.
- Monitor inventory and place orders as needed.
- Ensure all health, safety, and cleanliness standards are met.
- Train and mentor new team members.
- Assist the owner with key daily operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in pizza making or quick service restaurant management preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and stay calm under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for quality.
- Customer-first mindset.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends.
