You will act as the bridge between our skilled technicians and our clients, ensuring that every service visit is transparent, smooth, and positive. Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

At least two years of experience in an automotive service or customer-facing role.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Proficiency with automotive service management software and basic computer navigation.

Deep understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.

Strong ability to explain technical details in simple, easy-to-understand terms.

Experience with warranty claims and manufacturer guidelines is a bonus.

Greet every customer who pulls into our drive with a smile and a warm welcome.

Listen closely to customer concerns about their vehicles to accurately document service needs.

Collaborate with our technicians to confirm diagnosis, estimate repair times, and track progress.

Keep our customers informed throughout the day with regular, clear updates about their vehicle status.

Prepare and present honest, detailed repair estimates that reflect the actual needs of the car.

Maintain an organized service department that ensures every vehicle is ready when promised.
