Facilities Manager

Job Description Job Description The Facilities Manager will oversee the maintenance and operations of commercial office buildings, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment. Working with a small team, this role focuses on facility upkeep, vendor coordination, and managing maintenance and repair projects with minimal travel requirements. Responsibilities * Manage facility maintenance for commercial office buildings * Oversee vendor relationships and contractor performance * Lead maintenance and repair projects to completion * Snow removal from sidewalks and parts of the driveway and spread salt in these areas as needed. * Provide proper upkeep of the building including light housekeeping, light plumbing and electrical repair. * Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations * Preform occasional heavy lifting of boxes and occasional moves of office furniture * Performs other related duties as assigned.
