Facilities Manager

Lead Critical Operations at our World-Class Technology Center International Motors is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead operations onsite at our Advanced Technology Center in Elmendorf, TX. The ATC is a Research and Development Facility as well as a support center for the San Antonio Manufacturing Plant that builds leading-edge commercial vehicles. As our Facilities Manager, reporting to the Operations Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing a 150‑acre campus and 350,000 square feet of facilities, ensuring critical R&D, testing, and manufacturing support operations run smoothly. If you’re a hands‑on facilities leader who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing or technical environment and enjoys driving operational excellence, our hiring manager wants to connect with you. Responsibilities Oversee the 150‑acre campus and 350,000 square feet of facilities, managing maintenance teams, contractors, preventive maintenance programs, capital projects, and ensuring environmental, health, and safety compliance. Qualifications 4 to 8 years of experience managing industrial facilities. Experience supervising maintenance teams, contractors, preventive maintenance programs, and capital projects. Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems; PLC experience is highly desired. Spanish language skills considered a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
