We have opportunities for on-call caregivers and CNAs to join our team providing 1:1 care in client's homes.To join our on-call team:Pick your on-call shift: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm | 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm | 11:00 pm – 7:00 amPick a minimum of 4 on-call shifts per monthBe to work as needed within 30 minutes of notification during on-call shiftCompensation: $18 - $27 per hour. Starting wage is determined by various factors including but not limited to; relevant work experience, skills, certifications, position level, shift, and client location.Hiring Bonus $500 conditions applyJob Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Perform personal care tasks including assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, dressing and ambulationPerform home management functions such as light housekeeping, laundry, bed making and cleaningMeal planning, preparation, and clean upProvide companionship, communication and activities with clientsReport and document services provided and changes in client's conditionMaintain a clean and healthy environmentMaintain a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality and boundariesComplete ADL's as required per personalized care planFollow all company policy and procedures, HIPPA and state regulationsOther duties and responsibilities as neededQualifications:Ability to use a smart phone and/or tabletAbility to read, write and speak the English languageAbility to pass written and skill competency examinationsMust have a reliable personal vehicle, valid drivers license, auto insurance and registrationAbility to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and remain active during shiftAbility to successfully cope emotionally and physically with wide range of client behaviorsMust be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in USSuccessful completion and passing of MN Dept of Health required background checks, negative TB test, no restrictions from working with venerable adultsSYNERGY HomeCare is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Employer.
